Процедура лечения:
Открываем папку "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc", находим файл "hosts", копируем где-то, открываем с помощью wordpad и добовляем в конце:

#	127.0.0.1 tools.avanquest.com
#	127.0.0.1 aims.avanquest.com

Сохраняем файл и заменяем существующей "hosts" с модифицированным "hosts" в папке "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"

После чего инсталируем программу с ключем:
